Welcome to Crystal Car Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or booking our mobile detailing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

1. Services Provided

Crystal Car Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services at the client’s requested location. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Booking and Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked through our website, by phone, or via direct contact.

  • Access to water and electricity at the service location is required unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients must provide accurate information about the vehicle and its condition at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for services are listed on our website or will be quoted at the time of booking.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Checks, and Online Payment.

  • Additional charges may apply for vehicles in exceptionally poor condition (excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, etc.), and customers will be notified before service is performed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows without communication may result in refusal of future service.

5. Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and protection of your vehicle, Crystal Car Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle (scratches, dents, interior stains, etc.)

  • Damage resulting from poor condition of paint, trim, or interiors

  • Any damage resulting from equipment failure at the client's location (water, electricity, etc.)

  • All services are provided with reasonable care and professionalism.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time.

  • Provide access to a water spigot and electrical outlet, unless arrangements have been made otherwise.

  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service begins.

7. Service Guarantee

  • We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve any concerns. Your satisfaction is important to us!

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Crystal Car Detailing and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
